Job title: Disability Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to provide care and support to individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the social care industry and be able to assist clients with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and promote independence.

Responsibilities:

– Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

– Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

– Help clients with domestic tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry

– Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed

– Monitor client progress and report any concerns to supervisor

Qualifications:

– Certificate III in Individual Support or related field preferred

– Previous experience working in the social care, disability or age care industry

-Certification in First Aid/CPR

-NDIS Clearance Check

-Valid driver’s license
