About the role

Reporting to the Executive Manager Fundraising , you will lead the organisation’s development and growth of our mid-value, major donor and corporate partnership programs. You will deliver personalised, high-value donor experiences that strengthen long term relationships, and drive sustainable income growth aligned to See Differently’s strategic priorities.

About you

You’re a confident fundraising manager with 3-5+ years experience with a proven ability to build, manage and convert a donor pipeline. You’re comfortable working in a growing organisation, enjoy influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders, and are motivated by purpose-driven work. You bring strong relationship skills, commercial acumen and a genuine commitment to making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a donor portfolio and revenue growth, leading fundraising programs that underpin See Differently’s Strategic Plan and long-term financial sustainability.
  • Pipeline development, including identifying new prospects
  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate partners
  • Deliver a high quality Donor stewardship and experience
  • Supporting identification and cultivation of Gift In Wills support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and executives to align storytelling and content
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement, identifying new audiences, trends and channels to diversify fundraising income
  • Use data and insights to optimise performance and inform future strategy
