Sea Change Health Professionals is searching to fill an amazing opportunity for a Physiotherapist in their community team, focusing on clients with neurological illness, disease and injury. Ideally the successful applicant will have a passion for neurological assessment and treatment with a drive to improve the life of their client.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about Neuro Physiotherapy and would like to practice in the community setting, however community experience is not necessary to apply for this position. Some experience is preferred so ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years experience.

What the work looks like?

The work involves providing assessment and treatment for both Aged Care and NDIS clients. This neuro focused role will treat clients from both NDIS and home care packages with specific neurological challenges, helping to improve their lives and maintain their ability to live at home.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to expand your practice. You will work with Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Nurses and more, to truly provide holistic care.

You will be part of our multidisciplinary team meetings and perform your practice within a solid clinical governance framework. You will have an active role in clinical oversight by participating in our collaborative professional practice committee.

The role is advertised as full time but part time options such as 4 days / week, or a 5 day reduced hours schedule will be considered for the right applicant.
