We’re Different

Sea Change Health Professionals is quite unique. Our therapist have no billable hours of KPIs to meet. We work as a team to meet the needs of our clients. Our work is across both aged care and disability sectors, with therapists choosing what tasks best suit their needs.

Our Philosophy

Allied health is capable of so much more than the current models in aged care disability care provide, and we are proving that. We are working with the regions largest providers to describe an evidence based standard for care of seniors and those with disabilities. If you have been working in Aged Care and predominantly doing ACFI come and talk to us about what we can offer that is far more engaging and exciting.

What We Need

As a Sea Change Health Professionals you will have the opportunity to express your resourcefulness, implement initiatives, be creative and voice your innovative solutions. You will be responsible for helping to change the Aged Care industry’s perception of Physiotherapists and apply your skills in the community setting if you wish, seeing both home care and disability clients.
