The Opportunity

As an Architectural Project Consultant, you’ll become a trusted partner to architects, designers, builders and installers throughout the life of a project.

You’ll manage a portfolio of exciting architectural projects, guiding customers from quotation and specification through tender and ultimately to project completion.

Success in this role isn’t just about winning projects—it’s about building trusted relationships, understanding customer needs and delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way.

Working closely with our Estimating, Design, Customer Service and Operations teams, you’ll influence project outcomes while helping customers find the best Sculptform solution for their vision.

What You’ll Own

As a key member of our North American team, you’ll:

  • Manage a portfolio of architectural projects from quotation through to project completion.
  • Build trusted relationships with architects, designers, builders, installers and other project stakeholders.
  • Guide customers through specification, tender and construction phases.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen project outcomes and maximise success.
  • Prepare and present accurate quotations and product recommendations.
  • Provide expert advice on Sculptform’s architectural systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with Estimating, Design, Customer Service and Operations to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate project information and customer activity within Salesforce CRM.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively follow up opportunities.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve customer experience and contribute to business growth.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Architectural Products
  • Commercial Construction
  • Building Materials
  • Specification Sales
  • Project Coordination
  • Account Management
  • Architectural or Design Consulting

You’ll also bring:

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and sound problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform (preferred).
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office.

Experience working with architectural products, commercial interiors or the construction industry is highly regarded.
