Love bringing people, events and creative projects together? Join the Screen Queensland team and help deliver exciting screen culture initiatives that connect audiences, industry and storytellers. 

As the Industry & Audience Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our audience engagement program, supporting funding rounds, partnerships and events from concept to delivery. You’ll work across the organisation and with industry partners to coordinate projects, manage contracts, oversee marketing deliverables, support major events, and keep budgets, invoicing and reporting on track. 

Working closely with the Head of Industry and Audience Partnerships, Creative teams, Legal, Marketing and external stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging experiences that celebrate and grow our screen industry. 

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Has excellent organisation and project coordination skills. 
  • Builds strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. 
  • Enjoys juggling multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Has experience in events, funding programs or arts and cultural initiatives (highly regarded). 
  • Brings a proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for the creative industries.
