We are currently looking for a Workplace Support Consultant (Post Placement Support) to join our Campbelltown (3 days) and Camden (2 days) team on a full time basis.   You will be part of a high performing team focused on supporting job seekers and employers achieve sustainable employment outcomes.  You will be directly involved in providing a combination of post-employment strategies, ongoing mentoring and other invention strategies specifically designed to help the job seeker remain in employment.  

The Job:

  • Achieve KPI’s linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment
  • Undertake and maintain effective client relationships through ongoing contact appointments.
  • Identify clients “at risk” of losing employment and communicate with relevant stakeholders to activate invention to ensure ongoing and sustainable employment
  • Deliver high quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our jobseekers
  • Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures

The right person:

  • Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills
  • Strong digital and administration skills
  • Ability to help customers from all walks of life
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks 
  • Positive and energetic attitude a must
