We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee the delivery of both our Parent Pathways and Employability Skills Training (EST) programs.
In this role, you will assist the Regional Manager to lead a team of Mentors, Facilitators, and Support staff to deliver high-quality services that help parents overcome barriers to employment and build the skills, confidence, and pathways needed for long-term success.

Location: Ipswich, with travel to Inala and Goodna
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Mentors and Facilitators to achieve participants engagement and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with community organisations and resources to enhance program offerings.
- Monitor team performance against contractual and organisational KPIs.
The Person:
- Employment service experience is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a Team Leader role.
- Ability to promote the programs and engage with key stakeholders
- Tertiary level qualifications related to education, training, social services, counselling, case management, psychology, community services, careers guidance
- Current Blue Card or willing to obtain one.
- Current driver’s license.
