Description

Based in our Brisbane or Dalby office, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Tender Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in either our Brisbane or Dalby office, you’ll enjoy being part of a connected and collaborative team environment.

About the Role: This is a newly created role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact by coordinating the end-to-end tender process and supporting the successful delivery of high-quality, compliant submissions. Working closely with key internal stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities and supporting the continued growth of RSA.

This position offers variety, autonomy, and a rewarding level of challenge. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the preparation and submission of tenders, EOIs and proposals.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to gather information and prepare high-quality submissions.
  • Ensuring tender documentation is accurate, compliant and submitted on time.
  • Managing document control throughout the tender process.
  • Assisting with capability statements, marketing collateral and other business development materials.
  • Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities to improve tender processes.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Tender Coordinator, Bid Coordinator or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience and a sound understanding of the construction industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
