The Opportunity 

Due to company growth, we now have a new opportunity for an additional Delivery Drivers to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual with a positive can-do attitude.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Safely delivering and collecting traffic management equipment from customer sites
• Setting up and packing down equipment, including variable message sign trailers, portable light towers, portable traffic lights and variable speed limit signs
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and equipment
• Securing loads correctly before transport
• Supporting the team with general yard operations and equipment movements
• Preparing equipment for upcoming deliveries and customer hire
• Conducting vehicle and equipment pre-start inspections
• Checking that equipment is in good condition and ready for use before delivery

• Following all RPM Hire safety policies, procedures and safe work practices
• Working collaboratively with drivers, yard employees, operations staff and other team members
• Assisting with other reasonable operational duties when required

What You Will Bring:

• A current and valid driver’s licence
• At least one year of general driving experience is preferred
• A demonstrated history of safe driving and working practices
• A willingness to support yard operations and assist with truck loading and unloading
• The physical capability to safely complete hands-on duties
• Strong attention to detail
• Good time-management and organisational skills
• The ability to follow instructions and complete required records accurately
• A reliable, punctual and hardworking approach
• Confidence communicating with customers and team members
• The ability to problem-solve and maintain a positive, can-do attitude
• A strong commitment to safety
