The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Business Systems Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in supporting the implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of our national business systems.
This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, processes and people. You’ll work closely with the National Systems Manager and stakeholders across the business to turn system changes into practical, easy-to-understand processes and guidance for our teams.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll have a varied role supporting systems and process improvement across the business, including:
- Developing and maintaining user guides, process maps and SOPs.
- Supporting system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test cases, logging defects and coordinating retesting.
- Supporting system implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
- Providing hands-on post-implementation and hyper care support to help users confidently navigate system changes.
- Preparing and delivering training materials and user training.
- Supporting change management and user adoption through clear communication, coaching and practical guidance.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, IT teams and system vendors.
- Identifying process gaps, system issues and opportunities to improve how our people work.
- Maintaining an accurate and accessible library of system documentation and processes.
About you
You’ll be a practical, organised and solutions-focused person who enjoys understanding how things work and helping others get the most out of their systems.
You’ll ideally bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in business systems, business analysis, process improvement, training or a similar support role.
- Experience with system implementations, testing, UAT or change initiatives.
- Strong skills in documentation, process mapping and developing SOPs.
- The ability to take complex information and turn it into clear, practical instructions and training.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to identifying problems and finding practical solutions.
- A Certificate or Diploma in Business, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
