About the Role 

As our Legal Support Officer, you’ll be the pivotal administrative link between our clients and our team of dedicated field representatives by: 

 

Utilising our in-house file management database to enter client instructions, update file progress, and generate reports & invoices. 

Creating templated Affidavits and managing legal documentation. 

Liaising with clients and field agents via phone to ensure seamless communication. 

Coordinating field agents to ensure files are actioned according to internal and external guidelines, procedures, and relevant legislation. 

Conducting quality checks on work to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 

Providing exemplary customer service to clients, achieving the best possible outcomes. 

Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all policies and procedures. 

Supporting the organisation through proactive administrative duties. 

What You’ll Bring 

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced administrative environment (medical, legal, construction, etc.). 

Proven ability to meet performance targets while maintaining high attention to detail. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Outstanding client service and interpersonal abilities. 

Time management, organisational, and multitasking skills. 

Ability to deal with clients and third parties professionally and with sensitivity. 

Professional, positive, and ethical attitude. 

Satisfactory National Police Check (required). 

Desirable: 

Administration experience within a law firm (advantageous but not essential). 

Knowledge of legal procedures and court systems. 

Experience with file management databases and legal documentation.
