With a growing presence across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines, we’re proud to deliver clarity, care, and confidence when people need it most.

Our team takes care of the details, managing claims, coordinating logistics, and supporting customers every step of the way. And now, we’re looking for someone who shares that same commitment to great service.

  • Experience in claims, recoveries, accident management, customer service or a related operational environment (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence liaising by phone with customers, insurers and repairers
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with high attention to detail when using computer systems
