Are you a commercially minded retail leader with a passion for driving performance and franchise success? Retail Food Group is looking for a State Manager – Donut King (VIC & TAS) to lead operational excellence, grow sales and profitability, and build strong franchise partner relationships across the Victorian and Tasmanian Donut King network.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

  • Lead and grow the Donut King VIC & TAS network, driving sales, profitability and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Franchise Partners to develop and execute business plans that deliver sustainable growth and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Analyse performance data and key business metrics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and improve results.
  • Build trusted relationships with Franchise Partners, providing coaching, support and guidance to enhance business performance.
  • Lead, develop and inspire a team of Sales & Performance Managers to deliver exceptional support across the network.
  • Drive consistent brand standards, customer experience and operational compliance across all stores.
  • Support the rollout of national initiatives, new product launches and strategic business projects.
  • Identify opportunities for network expansion and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to strengthen the Donut King brand across Victoria and Tasmania.

 

 What You’ll Bring:

 

  • Proven experience in multi-site retail, hospitality or franchise operations, ideally within a food, café or quick service environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L statements, analyse performance data and drive sales and profitability growth
  • A track record of influencing, coaching and supporting franchise partners or small business owners to achieve strong commercial outcomes
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to foster trusted partnerships and drive engagement
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming business challenges
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to develop high-performing teams and create a culture of accountability and success
  • Confidence using business reporting systems and Microsoft Office to analyse data and inform decision making.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related field will be highly regarded.
  • A current driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly throughout Victoria and Tasmania.
