About the Role

Join our team to supervise and coordinate Transmission and Distribution construction WA based projects.

This position will be a FIFO from Perth to Pilbara, WA on a 2:1 roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HV electrical works across Transmission and Distribution Construction projects.
• Lead and mentor Linesman crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of overhead and underground infrastructure.
• Monitor compliance with site safety standards, electrical codes, and project specifications.
• Manage daily scheduling resource allocation, and reporting.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure adherence to fatigue management and life saving rules. 
• Support commissioning activities and ensure readiness for energisation. 
• Participate in pre-starts, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.

About You

• Supervisory experience in HV transmission/distribution on Construction or Resources projects.
• Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems (Distribution Overhead or Underground).
• S26 Supervisor.
• Working at heights.
• Confined space.
• Gas Testing.
