We’re Hiring: General Manager – Projects (East Coast) 

RSGx is seeking an exceptional General Manager – Projects (East Coast) to lead the execution and growth of a diverse portfolio of projects across infrastructure, energy, water, and data centre sectors across the east coast, with a portfolio value exceeding $250 million.

As the General Manager – Projects (East Coast), you’ll drive strategic direction and inspire high performance across your team within your portfolio, ensuring efficient project execution, client satisfaction, and business growth.

As a pivotal member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team and culture of Project and Operations Managers.
  • Driving end-to-end delivery of complex construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Allocate and optimise resources to meet project demands and profitability goals.
  • Sustain key stakeholder relationships, manage project escalations, and ensure satisfaction and compliance across all engagements.
  • Overseeing commercial outcomes, including budget, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Leveraging strategic, commercial, and operational insight, leading and support project bids.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver competitive, well-scoped tenders aligned with delivery capability and client needs.
  • Championing QHSE standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You’ll work cross-functionally with our Commercial, QHSE, Finance, and Pre-Contracts teams to shape RSGx’s strategic footprint across the East Coast. About you

With 10+ years of experience managing infrastructure and construction projects, you bring proven leadership across multiple project teams and expertise in EPC delivery models is highly desirable. Your strengths in financial oversight, contract negotiation, and cost control consistently drive successful outcomes.

You’re highly skilled in tendering, pre-contracts, and stakeholder engagement, with a reputation for sharp decision-making and strong communication. Professionalism, integrity, and adaptability underpin your work—especially in high-pressure environments. You’re also flexible with travel and bring unwavering accountability to every project.
