We’re looking for someone who loves understanding how software actually works. Someone who’s just as comfortable testing APIs and backend workflows as they are validating frontend experiences. If you enjoy investigating edge cases, diving into data, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, you’ll fit right in.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and Support to ensure every release is something we’re proud to put in front of customers.
- Testing new features across frontend, APIs and backend workflows
- Investigating bugs and identifying edge cases before they become customer problems
- Validating complex business workflows and integrations
- Testing data-heavy features including imports, exports, reporting and reconciliation
- Building and maintaining regression test packs
- Working alongside developers to resolve defects quickly
- Reviewing requirements before development starts to ensure they’re clear and testable
- Helping improve QA processes and raise the quality bar across the business
🔍 What We’re Looking For
You’ll have:
- 3+ years’ experience in Software QA or Technical Testing
- Strong experience testing modern web applications
- Experience testing REST APIs using Postman (or similar)
- Confidence testing backend processes and integrations
- Strong attention to detail and an investigative mindset
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge unclear requirements
Bonus points if you’ve worked with:
- Property Management, Hospitality or SaaS platforms
- SQL or basic database queries
- Jira, GitHub or Confluence
- Cloud-based platforms (GCP/Firebase)
- Test automation or automation frameworks
