Pay: A$35.00 per hour

Weekdays Only (Flexible from 8am–5pm) – No Nights or Weekends

At Residenz, we help older Australians remain safe and independent in their own homes. Our Home Maintenance Specialists play a vital role in supporting that independence.

For many clients, your visit is more than maintenance. It’s reliability, trust, and connection.

The role:

Helping elderly people stay independent in their own homes in the North Brisbane area .

The duties that you will be completing include:

• Lawn mowing & gardening
• Pressure washing
• Window cleaning
• General home maintenance
• Minor handyman tasks (desirable but not essential)

You’ll work with regular clients, building rapport and trust.

The role is a perfect fit for you if you:

• Enjoy hands-on outdoor work
• Take pride in quality results
• Are punctual and reliable
• Have great communication skills
• Want meaningful work without weekend commitments
• Have gardening and handyman experience
• Are well organised and punctual
• Have a current Australian Driver’s License and their own vehicle
• Have a current police check (or willing to obtain)
• Have a current NDIS check (or willing to obtain)
• Have a vehicle with a tow ball.
