We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Weighbridge Operator to join our Botanic Ridge team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, delivering great customer service, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time Monday to Friday (6:30am starts), with flexibility to work occasions Saturdays.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing incoming and outgoing vehicle transactions
• Operating the weighbridge system accurately and efficiently
• Processing tickets, payments, and documentation
• Assisting drivers, contractors, and customers
• Ensuring compliance with CoR and EPA requirements
• Supporting a strong safety culture across site
• Managing phone, email, and radio communications

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a weighbridge, waste, quarry, logistics, or transport environment
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and EPA requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
