About the Role

We are looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to join our Epping site, this role plays a key part in overseeing night operations to ensure production and sales orders are met on time, with high-quality output, all in a safe and compliant manner.

As a supervisor, you’ll lead and support the night shift crew, acting as the link between operational teams, environmental compliance, and commercial targets. You’ll bring strong leadership, clear communication, a commitment to continuous improvement, and always put safety first.

This role is a full-time, ongoing night shift position, working Sunday to Thursday, 6:00pm – 3:00am

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the night shift team, promoting a strong and safe team culture
  • Oversee production to meet nightly targets for output, quality, and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements
  • Monitor KPI dashboards and report against targets
  • Coordinate with safety, environment, and quality teams to ensure compliance standards are met
  • Support and implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and escalate urgent repairs as needed
  • Be a role model for safety — leading by example in pursuit of zero harm

About You

This is a leadership role where prior team management experience is essential. Strong communication skills, a focus on safety, and experience in similar industries (Construction, Manufacturing, or Resource Recovery) will set you up for success.

You will also bring:

  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
  • Loader / Excavator ticket
  • Experience in site operations in a similar industry
  • A commercial mindset with experience working to production and sales KPIs
  • A continuous improvement focus and genuine passion for sustainability
  • Police check and pre-employment medical including drug screening (to be completed during recruitment)
