We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional support and technical solutions to our clients. If you enjoy solving problems, working with a variety of technologies, and building strong relationships with clients, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

You will:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, network, and cloud issues
  • Manage and resolve support tickets
  • Deploy and configure computers, servers, printers, and applications
  • Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace environments
  • Assist with networking infrastructure and project implementations
  • Maintain technical documentation and processes
  • Deliver onsite and remote support to clients

 

About You

You’ll have:

  • Previous IT Support or Helpdesk experience (preferably within the healthcare industry)
  • Strong Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A current Australian Driver’s Licence

Desirable

  • MSP experience
  • Exposure to Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix or Google Workspace
  • IT certifications or relevant qualifications
