Description

We are seeking driven and enthusiastic leaders to join our dynamic leadership team of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy leaders. We have Team Leader and Clinical Supervisor positions available for both disciplines. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills and the ability to take our operational and clincial services to the next level. These roles will join our existing leadership team to further support and expand our exemplary services across Sydney. Our team provides a broad range of services across most funding bodies, supporting people of all ages with a variety of conditions and impairments.

Team Leaders

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of Physios or OTs providing services to adults
  • Monthly operational meetings
  • Developing and implementing service delivery models that promote best practice
  • Monitoring performance indicators related to service delivery including quality, timeliness, productivity, and other outcomes
  • Supporting staff training programs based on identified needs
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with other health professionals as required
  • Operate as a key member of the leadership team and contribute to service management and development
  • Contribute to the operational governance of the service and work closely with the Directors and other leaders to co-ordinate, drive and grow the service.

Clinical Supervisors

Responsibilities include:

  • Clinical Mentoring a team of Physios or OTs (discipline specific)
  • Providing clinical guidance and support to ensure high quality patient care
  • Monitoring, supporting and developing staff performance
  • Supporting compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Working with the leadership team to develop and implement staff training and development activities
  • Reviewing and developing clinical systems that promote best practice within the service.
  • Working with the other members of the leadership team to support and inclusive, vibrant and supportive environment for our staff and clients.

Our Leaders and Directors are industry leaders and are clincial experts in a range of clinical areas, and you will be well supported in a fun and friendly team. We provide services Monday – Friday, with Fridays often being the day where our educational and social programs allow for great team engagement.

We provide advanced rehab and disability services in the community, across Greater Sydney, and in our clinics. We have 2 clinic locations that operate as a home base. Our North Strathfield clinic has been open since 2012 and supports our community service that’s been operational since 2008. Our Gregory Hills clinic, Infinite Rehab, has been open since 2018 and is located within the SOMA Health and Wellness hub with onsite GP, Orthopaedics, Neurosurgeons, Radiology, and other medical and allied health services. We provide services to a wide variety of funding bodies and programmes including NDIS participants, insurance clients, home care packages and DVA card holders.

As an operational or clinical leader, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. You will work closely with our Directors and other members of our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and improve the quality of care we provide. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and full AHPRA registration.

Experience: Previous experience in leadership

You will have a passion to lead by example and foster collaborative and supportive relationships that promote positivity, growth and team.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid Australian driver’s license.
  • Ability to obtain a NDIS Workers Check
  • Ability to obtain a Medicare provider number
  • A willingness to contribute positively to a leadership team to support and drive a high quality and client focussed service.
