The Role:

Snowy River Caravans is seeking Production / Assembly Workers to join our growing team in Somerton (Melbourne Northern Suburbs).

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with training provided. Perfect for candidates with experience in manufacturing, assembly, trades, or those wanting to build a hands-on career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble caravan components using hand and power tools
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet production targets
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Maintain strict adherence to health & safety requirements
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Identify and report potential risks or quality issues

About You

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, trades, or labouring (preferred but not essential)
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player with good communication skills
• Commitment to safety and quality
