Description

Help us turn great ideas into great client relationships.

At Reframe Change, we help organisations navigate complexity, build capability, and deliver meaningful change.

We’re now looking for a Client Engagement Coordinator to help bring our client attraction and engagement strategy to life. Anything that helps more people find us, engage with us and get to learn more about us.

We’re looking for someone who understands that great growth comes from great experiences. Someone who enjoys coordinating campaigns, events, content and client engagement activities that create meaningful connections and help organisations discover the value we can offer.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales support, client engagement and events.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns, physical events and webinars
  • Maintaining and improving our CRM and lead management processes
  • Supporting podcast production, and
  • Tracking campaign performance and engagement metrics.

What we’re looking for

We’re less concerned about whether you’ve done this exact role before (you very likely haven’t) and more interested in your mindset, curiosity and capability.

You might be someone who has experience in marketing coordination, events, communications, client service or a similar role. You will love to organise people, projects and experiences, and be a great communicator.

We don’t expect you to own every activity, but being the organised person you are, you’re comfortable rallying people around you to make great things happen.

It will also help if you’re comfortable with technology, using a CRM or similar to manage customer information, and a natural curiosity about tools that can help make things flow more efficiently, including how we might better utilise AI for routine things to make more space for the fun stuff.

Why join us?

We operate from a position of trust. We believe great people produce great work when they have flexibility, ownership and support. Practically this means: flexible working arrangements, plenty of opportunities to learn, experiment and grow, and a flat team structure so you don’t have to navigate layers of approval to get anything done!

As your capability grows, so will the scope of the role. We want someone who is excited about taking on increasing ownership of our growth and engagement activities over time

What success looks like

You’ll know you’re succeeding when prospective clients are engaging with our campaigns and events, content and engagement activities are delivered consistently, and events run smoothly and create memorable experiences.

Interested?

Apply by Monday 22 June, and please include a short insight into whatever excited you the most about this role, as well as what you’re curious to understand more about. We’ll be reviewing applications as they are received, so don’t wait too long to apply.
