Description

The role:

Are you someone who enjoys working on fundraising programs where you can get involved in every aspect and build them from the ground up?

We’re looking for an ambitious, data-savvy and creative Regular Giving Coordinator to work across all parts of Redkite’s regular monthly donor program from donor acquisition and retention to upgrades and reactivation.

A major focus of the role is coordinating Redkite’s new Face-to-Face (F2F) donor acquisition program, which includes developing processes, creating donor journeys, delivering supplier training and monitoring the program’s KPIs. You’ll work closely with some of the sectors best fundraising agencies to support program delivery, monitor quality and performance, and identify opportunities to improve donor experience.

This role is for someone who understands regular giving, thrives on taking initiative and is seeking variety in their next role. As this role is coordinating all activities in the recently launched F2F program, you can help shape this cornerstone program to help children with cancer.

The role will involve:

  • Coordinating all aspects of the outsourced Face-to-Face (F2F) donor acquisition program, including onboarding teams, donor journeys, quality control, and supplier performance.
  • Ensuring compliance to meet PFRA and FIA standards.
  • Delivering F2F agent training to maximise donor acquisition targets, retention, and average gift rates.
  • Keeping accurate tracking to inform strategies that optimise giving rates and net returns.
  • Delivering day-to-day administration of the regular giving program, including sales, batch processing, invoice reconciliation, donor enquiries, complaints and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinating donor communications and program materials across various channels (such as direct mail, digital, and telemarketing).
  • Delivering data-driven insights to support donor acquisition, retention, delinquency management, and ROI optimisation.

About you:

You’re someone who takes ownership, is driven and enjoys making things happen. You thrive in a role where you are part of a team working towards a big goal. You can easily build rapport and enjoy driving outcomes and continuous improvements.

You’re highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. Whether you’re reviewing campaign results, liaising with fundraising agencies, supporting donors or completing essential administration, you take pride in delivering quality work and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in fundraising
  • Experience and proven success in Regular Giving, Face-to-Face or Direct Marketing fundraising
  • Sound knowledge of fundraising legislation, practices and philosophy of charitable giving
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Competent in fundraising program reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively both autonomously and as a member of a team
  • Confident to deliver group training programs

Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, accountability and a genuine drive to achieve results. You’re someone who enjoys taking responsibility for outcomes, keeping programs moving forward and ensuring every detail is completed to a high standard.
