Realrun is changing the way businesses and real estate agents manage letterbox marketing.

We’ve built a one-stop offline marketing platform that makes flyer delivery simple, reliable and trackable. Clients can book campaigns, follow deliveries through live GPS tracking and rely on a team that actually stays on top of the job.

We’re a fast-growing Australian startup heading into a big second half of the year. With the spring real estate market approaching, leads are coming in fast, and we’re looking for driven salespeople who are ready to get on the phones, close deals and grow with us.

The role

This is a straight-up sales role for someone who likes closing. You’ll be working through the leads coming in, talking to businesses and real estate agents, understanding what they need, and turning interest into signed clients. You’ll run your own pipeline from first hello to done, and you’ll own your numbers.

You won’t be starting from scratch. Our marketing is bringing in plenty of leads, so your job is to jump on them fast, build a bit of rapport, and get them across the line. If you’re competitive, organised, and you like seeing your commission grow, you’ll do well here.

What you’ll be doing

• Working through incoming leads quickly and turning them into paying clients
• Talking to businesses and real estate agents by phone and email, and working out what they actually need
• Running your own pipeline from first contact to close
• Following up properly so nothing slips through the cracks
• Hitting your targets, then beating them
• Keeping your CRM clean and up to date so everyone knows where things are at
• Working alongside the rest of the sales and marketing crew as we push hard into the back end of the year

So what we’re after?

• Some sales experience behind you, ideally phone-based or selling to other businesses
• Confident on the phone and clear in writing
• Properly organised, switched on, and happy to own your results instead of waiting to be told
• Good at building rapport quickly and comfortable asking for the sale
• Comfortable with CRMs and the usual online tools
• Hungry and target-driven, and keen on the commission upside
• Based in Australia with full working rights, since this is an on-site role
