At Ravenswood Gold, water is critical to everything we do. We’re looking for an experienced Site Support Superintendent to lead the safe and efficient management of our site water systems, Tailings Storage Facility (TSF), dredging operations, and supporting infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing operation where you’ll work closely with operational and technical teams to optimise performance, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in the future of our site.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager – Operations, you’ll provide leadership and direction while overseeing the planning, operation, and improvement of critical site support functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the operation and maintenance of site water management systems, including dewatering, process water, pipelines, dams and pumping infrastructure.
• Managing Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) operations, ensuring compliance, integrity and safe performance.
• Coordinating dredging activities to maximise water recovery and support TSF performance.
• Delivering operational and capital improvement projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Leading, coaching and developing a multidisciplinary team while fostering a strong safety and continuous improvement culture.
• Working collaboratively with operational, environmental and technical stakeholders to optimise site performance.

About You

You’ll be a collaborative leader who enjoys solving operational challenges and building high-performing teams.

You’ll also bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in mining operations, with exposure to water management systems and TSF operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a Superintendent or senior operational leadership role.
• Sound understanding of water management, hydrology and operational risk.
• Experience with dredging operations will be highly regarded.
• Strong communication, planning and stakeholder management skills.
