About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing & Creative Manager to lead Raise’s digital marketing, creative design and brand activity. 

 

This role combines strong creative capability with digital marketing expertise and performance insights to grow awareness, engagement and conversion across our key audiences. You’ll work across campaigns, digital channels, website optimisation, visual storytelling and brand to bring Raise’s mission and impact to life.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Plan, deliver and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns to attract mentors, mentees, donors, partners and supporters 
  • Lead SEO, SEM, paid digital, audience segmentation, campaign testing and retargeting to improve reach, conversion and return on investment 
  • Maintain and enhance the Raise website, using audience and performance data to improve user experience, accessibility, visibility and conversion 
  • Lead creative development and produce high-quality digital and print assets while acting as custodian of Raise’s visual brand identity 
  • Translate impact data, youth mentoring stories and organisational priorities into compelling visual content, proposals, presentations and supporter materials 
  • Manage end-to-end creative and digital projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies and creative partners

About you 

You are an experienced digital marketer and creative professional with a strong eye for design, storytelling and brand excellence, and a passion for purpose-driven work. 

You bring: 

  • Significant experience in a similar role spanning graphic design, brand management, digital marketing and campaign delivery 
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator 
  • Experience managing websites and CMS platforms, together with strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing and marketing automation 
  • Experience developing or supporting digital advertising across platforms such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn 
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using campaign and website performance data and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console 
  • Strong visual communication, storytelling, stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to turn strategy, data and audience insights into effective creative solutions
