What you’ll do

The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for the effective coordination, administration and continuous improvement of learning and competency systems, ensuring that all employees are appropriately trained, competent in their roles, and compliant with internal, regulatory and safety requirements.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/LMS platforms (e.g. Employment Hero or similar).

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and experience in safety-critical, industrial or operational environments would be advantageous but not essential.
