Our Contact Centre team is the front door to our services — every conversation sets the tone for the patient experience. With sixteen clinics across Adelaide and strong relationships with leading private hospitals, we are committed to delivering excellent medical imaging services that prioritise the best outcomes for our patients.
The Opportunity
If you’re an experienced call centre professional – especially with medical or radiology bookings – this is your chance to make your skills count in a way that directly improves patient care. As a valued member of our Contact Centre team, you will be based at either our Rose Park Head Office, Parkside clinic, or Salisbury clinic. This flexibility gives you variety, connection, and the chance to balance work with life outside.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first voice patients and referrers hear — supporting them with warmth and professionalism.
- Accurately book and manage appointments so patients get the right care at the right time.
- Make sure patients feel confident and prepared by providing clear information on arrival times, preparation steps, and costs.
- Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
We’re especially interested in people who bring:
- Solid experience in busy, phone-based service environments (contact centre, medical bookings, customer hub).
- Knowledge of medical or radiology bookings (highly regarded).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple systems at once.
- A calm and caring manner, even under pressure.
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
