Quest at Sydney Olympic Park is looking for an operational, knowledgeable and team-oriented Senior Hotel Duty Manager to join our growing Front Office team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Front Office leader who is ready to take the next step, have greater responsibility and play an important role in the day-to-day operation of a busy 140-room apartment-style hotel.

And there is more! With a planned maternity leave commencing in December, there is the potential opportunity for the successful candidate to undertake a secondment as Front Office Manager during this period. This provides an exciting opportunity to further develop your leadership experience and gain exposure to the broader responsibilities of a Front Office Manager.

You will work closely with the Rooms Division Manager and Hotel Manager to ensure the hotel operates smoothly, our guests receive exceptional service and our team has the support and leadership they need to succeed.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in a front office leadership role (Front Office Supervisor or Duty Manager roles).
  • A blend of charisma and confidence—someone who leads with energy and professionalism.
  • A knack for inspiring and coaching a team, helping people build confidence and capability.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying cool under pressure.
  • A love for hospitality and an instinct for making guests feel valued.
  • The confidence to make decisions, take ownership and find solutions.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
