SHEQ Administrator – Maternity Leave Cover

3-Month Full-time Fixed Term Contract with Potential Extension

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive SHEQ Administrator to join our team on a 3-month Full-time fixed term maternity leave contract, commencing 2 November 2026, with the possibility of an extension.

Working in office on the main street of Griffith, NSW, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with flexibility to accommodate school hours for the right candidate.

You will provide administrative and compliance support to the SHEQ team, assisting with documentation management, contractor compliance, reporting, and data analysis across our national operations.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the SHEQ team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and supporting document management, learning management, and safety management systems.
• Administering the OnlineInduct contractor management platform, ensuring contractor compliance across all ProTen sites.
• Reviewing contractor documentation, including insurance certificates and induction records.
• Liaising with site teams and contractors to maintain compliance requirements.
• Assisting with the review, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) documentation.
• Providing administrative support, reporting, data entry, and data analysis to support the wider business.
