Our Graduate Grow Out Program is designed to provide talented graduates with hands-on experience, structured development, mentoring and exposure to all aspects of our business. Over the course of the program, you’ll work alongside experienced farm and operational leaders, gaining practical skills and industry knowledge while building a rewarding long-term career in agriculture.

What You’ll Experience

Throughout the program, you’ll gain exposure to:

• Poultry production and farm operations
• Animal welfare and biosecurity
• Leadership and people management
• Operational planning and performance management
• Safety, quality and compliance systems
• Projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Exposure to senior leaders across the business

You’ll receive ongoing coaching, mentoring and development opportunities designed to help you build both technical expertise and leadership capability.

About You

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have recently completed, or are in the final stages of, a degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, Business, Management or a related discipline
• Have a genuine interest in agriculture and food production
• Enjoy working in a hands-on operational environment
• Demonstrate initiative, resilience and a strong work ethic
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Are willing to learn, develop and embrace new challenges – including relocation to a poultry region.

• Regularly come into contact with pigs or birds, including those kept at their residence.
• Live with, or share accommodation with, someone employed in another poultry or pig operation.
