THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a high-impact senior
leadership role with full end-to-end accountability for our national supply chain. You will govern production planning, warehouse operations, importing and exporting, and both international and domestic purchasing — while leading dedicated teams across warehouse operations, production planning, and customer service.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will own our COGS performance, drive DIFOT targets, and act as a trusted commercial advisor to the Senior Leadership team. If you’re a strategic

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own financial accountability for COGS and supply chain operating budgets
- Lead production planning, including weekly manufacturing schedules and demand forecasting
- Oversee all warehouse operations, 3PL partnerships, and company store distribution
- Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including customs compliance and international freight
- Drive procurement of both international and domestic raw materials and finished goods
- Optimise inventory levels, data accuracy, and stock management across the business
- Lead, coach, and develop teams across warehouse, planning, and customer service
- Deliver on DIFOT targets and continuously improve customer service outcomes
- Champion continuous improvement across all supply chain functions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years in supply chain management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Hands-on experience with importing, exporting, and international trade compliance (ABF, AICIS)
- Proven leader of multi-functional teams with a track record of building high-performance culture
- Strong procurement background across international and domestic supply
- Advanced demand and supply planning skills, including demand forecasting systems
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Sharp analytical mindset — comfortable working to KPIs and presenting data-driven recommendations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
- APICS CPIM certification
- Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or FMCG environments
