Are you an experienced project delivery professional with a passion for delivering impactful infrastructure and community outcomes across regional NSW? 

Projence is seeking expressions of interest from project delivery professionals, either Senior Project Managers or Project Managers with experience across civil (roads and structures), social infrastructure, local government and commercial projects. Join our growing team and play a key role in the planning, management and delivery of projects that create lasting benefits for regional communities. 

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience providing strategic project advisory services to local councils, government agencies and private sector clients at all stages of the project lifecycle. 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Executing the planning, development, delivery and handover of civil (roads and structures), social infrastructure, local government and/or commercial projects across regional NSW.
  • Managing contractors and consultants to ensure quality, safety, programme and budget requirements are achieved.
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships including local government, community groups, utility providers, contractors and industry partners.
  • Facilitating governance, risk, procurement and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leading project teams and fostering a collaborative environment while mentoring and developing client capability.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, approvals, legislation and client requirements.
  • Actively monitoring project performance and proactively managing risk, opportunity and project challenges.
  • Overseeing the successful delivery of community, civic, commercial and civil infrastructure projects that create lasting value for regional communities.

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience delivering civil (roads and structures), social infrastructure, local government and/or commercial projects, ideally within local government, government agency, consulting or contractor environments.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, clients, contractors, consultants, stakeholders and community representatives.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, construction management, architecture or a related discipline.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Central West & Orana region to support the successful delivery of client projects.
