Your Role

Join PHSA as a dedicated Rehabilitation Counsellor, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist and play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of our clients. You will have the opportunity to deliver Same Employer Psychological services across a diverse range of schemes, including WorkCover QLD, Life Insurance and Comcare.

This dynamic role involves conducting Initial Assessments, Workplace Assessments, Workplace Discussions and Case Conferencing to support workers with psychological workplace injuries.

What You’ll Need

• Full or Provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or full membership with ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 2 years experience within occupational rehabilitation
• Demonstrated experience managing psychological workplace injuries
• Have a current driver’s licence, motor vehicle and willingness to travel for face-to-face servicing as required
