The Role
We are seeking and experienced Service Administrator to join our team based in Cairns. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our workshop team, providing crucial support in areas such as objective quality evidence/quality assurance documentation, planning, report writing, and assisting with quotations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a progressive and supportive team environment. You’ll have the chance to work independently and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Contributing to quality assurance through meticulous documentation.
- Review objective quality evidence and compliance.
- Assisting with workshop planning and scheduling.
- Preparing comprehensive closing reports.
- Providing support with generating quotations.
- Collating reports on completed workshop jobs.
- Potentially assisting with project administration management.
- Accurate data entry, including sales and purchasing information.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
- A strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Job pack preparation in an engineering/industrial related industry.
- Experience in OQE/QA documentation.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine willingness to learn and embrace training.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data entry and a good keyboard speed and accuracy.
- Collating reports on workshop activities, project admin experience and or experience with M1-based program a bonus (but not essential)
