Description

PLI (Powerlift Industries) is seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our growing team in Karratha. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, this role provides vital administrative and accounts support while contributing to the continued growth and success of our business.

This is a residential position, and applicants must be based in Karratha, Western Australia.

About the Role

As our Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounts and administrative functions of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Accounts Manager.
  • Raising purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Coordinating office and operational supplies.
  • Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions using Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Assisting with new project setup and administration.
  • Contributing to process improvements to support the continued growth of the accounts function.
  • Providing general administrative and office support as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in an accounts administration role (highly regarded).
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative support position.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Previous experience within the mining or resources industry will be advantageous.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to support a collaborative team environment.
