Summary:

The Health Assistant will provide support and assistance in various health-related tasks across all industries. This role requires a strong understanding of health practices and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and promoting health and safety protocols.
  • Support employees in managing their physical and mental well-being by providing guidance and resources.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement health promotion initiatives, such as wellness programs and educational campaigns.
  • Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify potential risks and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on topics related to health and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of health-related activities and incidents.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in health management to ensure the implementation of effective strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support during emergencies or health-related incidents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret health-related data and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Proficient in using technology and software applications related to health management.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
