We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessments, therapy, and consultation services to individuals, groups, and families. The Clinical Psychologist will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive mental health care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments, including clinical interviews, standardized tests, and behavioral observations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address various mental health issues.

Utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other relevant therapeutic approaches.

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers.

Provide consultation and support to team members and other stakeholders regarding psychological issues and best practices.

Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress.

Develop safety plans and coordinate with emergency services as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required records.

Prepare reports and communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.

Stay up-to-date with advances in psychological research and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications:

Degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

State licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.

Proven experience in clinical psychology, including assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions.

Strong knowledge of psychological theories, principles, and evidence-based practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
