+MORE Group is a network of independently owned accounting and advisory firms across New Zealand. We’re growing, and we’re looking for Marketing Coordinator to join our team supporting marketing across the Group.

This is a hands-on, entry-level role and a great fit if you’ve recently finished studying and you’re keen to kickstart your career in marketing. You’ll get exposure across a wide range of marketing activities and learn what it’s like to work in a professional services environment.

You’ll be supported by an experienced Head of Marketing, getting real exposure to campaigns, content, digital marketing, and communications. It’s a great opportunity to build practical skills, learn how marketing operates in a growing business, and develop confidence as you go.

Your responsibilities include:

· Supporting the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns and activities

· Assisting with content creation, formatting, and publishing across channels

· Helping manage social media scheduling and engagement

· Supporting email marketing campaigns, including lists and basic reporting

· Keeping marketing materials, templates, and content organised and up to date

· Supporting event coordination, including logistics and communications

About you:

You’re someone who is keen to learn, takes pride in your work, and enjoys getting stuck in. You don’t need prior marketing experience – just the right attitude and willingness to grow.

You’ll ideally bring:

· A recently completed (or soon to be completed) degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Good organisation and attention to detail

· A positive, team-focused attitude

· A proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions and learn

· Confidence using everyday tools (e.g. Microsoft Office) and openness to learning new systems
