We are looking for a professional, proactive and personable Receptionist to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our people and clients.

Your new role

As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office.

This is a varied, hands-on role that combines front-of-house responsibilities with administration, coordination and operational support. Ideally, you will bring 1–2 years’ experience in a professional services environment and enjoy being the go-to person who helps keep things running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reception and client experience: Manage front-of-office calls, greet visitors and provide friendly, professional administrative support to internal and external clients.
  • Meeting room coordination: Manage meeting room bookings and help ensure our spaces are organised and ready for use.
  • People and HR administration: Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Office and practice administration: Coordinate stationery and grocery orders, process postage disbursements and manage credit card invoice payments.
  • IT coordination: Act as the liaison between employees and our external IT provider, helping resolve issues and coordinate support.
  • Asset management: Coordinate the allocation, tracking and management of IT equipment.
  • Team support: Provide practice management and administrative assistance to Personal Assistants and other team members during busy periods or planned leave.

What you will bring

You will be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a positive first impression and understands the importance of keeping an office running efficiently. You will bring:

  • Previous experience in reception or administration, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive, flexible attitude and the confidence to use your initiative and think on your feet.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to support others wherever needed.
  • Confidence using technology and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Most importantly, you will be someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in making a difference through the little things that help everyone succeed.
