About the Role

At PictureWealth, our Client Services team plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for our clients.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to support the implementation of advice and ensure every client interaction is handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency. You’ll work closely with Advisers, the Client Services team, and internal stakeholders to optimise workflows, strengthen relationships, and continuously enhance the client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a long-term career within financial planning.

What You’ll Bring

  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience – Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a smooth journey from advice through to implementation
  • Support advice implementation – Manage workflows including onboarding, account setup, and execution of advice strategies
  • Collaborate across teams – Work closely with Advisers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Drive continuous improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Maintain compliance and accuracy – Ensure all client records and documentation meet regulatory requirements
  • Leverage systems and technology – Utilise tools such as XPLAN to manage client data, workflows, and reporting
  • Contribute to team success – Actively participate in team initiatives and support a high-performing, positive culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a client-facing role (financial planning preferred)
  • Knowledge of financial products and processes is advantageous
  • Experience using XPLAN (desirable)
  • Financial planning studies, including RG146 or Diploma of Financial Planning (desirable)
