Registered Nurse

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Osborne Park. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Administer medications as prescribed by medical staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team.
• Educate patients on discharge instructions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or (EN) Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Experience working with electronic medical record systems
• Experience in surgical nursing
• Experience with admissions/discharges, theatre, or recovery
• Time management and prioritisation skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong clinical nursing skills
