About the Role

As a Remedial Massage Therapist, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs. You’ll play an important role in supporting recovery, injury management, rehabilitation, and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and identify treatment needs.
  • Develop and deliver personalised remedial massage treatment plans.
  • Apply a range of massage techniques to relieve pain, improve function, and support recovery.
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and treatment records.
  • Educate clients on self-management strategies, stretching, and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals to provide integrated client care.
  • Maintain high standards of professional practice and client care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Diploma (or higher) in Remedial Massage.
  • Clinical experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Professional association membership (preferred).
