About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity based in Fingal on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Electrician to join our Maintenance team.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and
efficient operation of electrical systems across our award-winning facility. You will be responsible for carrying out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance, diagnosing faults, completing repairs, and maintaining critical plant and equipment to support an exceptional guest experience.
This hands-on role offers variety and the opportunity to work across a diverse range of electrical systems, including pumps, dosing systems, and control systems. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, maintain accurate maintenance records through our Computerised Maintenance Management System (MEX), and work collaboratively with the wider Maintenance team to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standard.

About You
You are a qualified A-Grade Electrician who enjoys working in a hands-on maintenance environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You are a proactive problem solver with strong fault-finding skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to workplace safety.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A current A-Grade Electrical Licence.
- Experience working in a maintenance, facilities, or industrial environment.
- Experience maintaining and repairing electrical systems and control systems.
- The ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as MEX (desirable).
- A current Driver’s Licence.
- A current National Police Check.
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills and a commitment to supporting your team.
- Experience in aquatic, thermal, or water treatment environments and general maintenance skills will be highly regarded.
