Current Opportunities – Commencing August 2026

Full-Time Permanent Early Childhood Educator

Jellyfish Room (2–3 years) & Dolphin Room (3-6 Years)

  • Full-time permanent position
  • Rotating roster between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Commencing between 3 August and 17 August 2026

About Us

Located in Stanhope Gardens, Pearls of Wisdom Early Learning Centre is a newly established, purpose-built 62-place service for children aged 0–6 years. Our mission is to nurture curious, confident, and capable learners in a warm, inclusive, and high-quality educational setting.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking educators who:

-Have a sound understanding and application of the EYLF and NQS and Child Safety laws. – Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for early education – Communicate confidently and professionally with families, children, and colleagues – Work collaboratively within a supportive team – Demonstrate strong leadership, observation, and documentation skills

 Are committed to continuous learning and growth – Can work a rotating roster between 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday (Permanent full-time or Casuals with Availability for 2-3 days minimum) – Have 3–5 years of early childhood experience (preferred)

-A passion for Growth within the Organisation

For Educator roles, applicants must hold (or be actively working towards where applicable):

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved qualification)
  • Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
  • Current First Aid qualification, including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis management
  • Current Child Protection training that meets NSW Regulatory requirements (including CHCPRT025 Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk or equivalent)
  • Current Food Safety and Safe Food Handling knowledge
  • Ability to work lawfully in Australia

For Cook applicants:

  • Food Safety Supervisor or recognised Food Handling qualification
  • Experience preparing nutritious meals and managing dietary requirements (preferred)
  • Experience in an early childhood service is desirable
  • Current Working with Children Check (NSW)

The following will be highly regarded:

  • Red Nose Safe Sleep training
  • Current Child Safe Standards or Child Safety training
  • Experience using OWNA or similar childcare software
  • Knowledge of the National Law and Regulations

  • Participate in reference checks (minimum two recent professional references, including a current or recent supervisor where possible)
  • Complete all required onboarding and compliance documentation
  • Satisfy any relevant employment screening requirements before commencement
