Description

We are seeking an experienced maintenance fitter who enjoys early starts to take care of our maintenance needs during morning shift operations.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned fitter, adapted to a early morning shift lifestyle, who is suitably experienced in a dairy, beverages or similar manufacturing environment, with a Safety starts with Me mindset and can work positively and collaboratively with our production & warehouse team members to ensure morning shift operations are smooth running.

The Role

Position: Maintenance Fitter

Location: Ingleburn

Rate: $45-$50 per hour + 12.5% early morning shift loading

Hours: 4.00am – 12:06pm (Mon-Fri)

About You

The following key skills and experience are essential for this position:

  • Trade qualified with a min of 3 years experience as a maintenance fitter
  • Desirable: Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) & Restricted Electrical Worker’s Licence (REL)
  • Able to carry out work safely by following all safe work practices, policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of maintenance management systems (MEX preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate failures and make recommendations to reduce risk and continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Positive attitude, collaborative and can work well in a team environment
  • Independent and autonomous self-starter
