Are you an experienced therapeutic leader passionate about early intervention, family support and creating better outcomes for children and families? 

Parkerville Children and Youth Care is seeking a Practice Lead in Early Intervention Services to provide clinical leadership, strengthen practice capability and support a team of passionate professionals delivering vital services across Western Australia. 

This is an exciting opportunity to influence therapeutic practice across a diverse portfolio of early intervention programs, including The Kids Hub, Family Support Network, and Intensive Family Support Services. 

About the Opportunity 

As the Practice Lead, you will provide strategic and practice-focused leadership across our Early Intervention services, supporting teams to deliver safe, effective and outcomes-driven support to children, young people and families. 

Working alongside experienced service leaders, you will guide therapeutic practice, provide consultation and supervision, and ensure our services continue to reflect best practice approaches. 

You will play a key role in strengthening a culture of reflective practice, collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring families receive support that is trauma-informed, strengths-based and responsive to their individual needs. 

This is a permanent full time position, with occasional evening and weekend work required to meet service needs. 

As the Practice Lead – Early Intervention, you will provide clinical leadership, guidance and mentoring across our Early Intervention services, supporting teams to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed and family-centred care. 

You will bring strong therapeutic expertise, experience supporting children and families, and a passion for developing practitioners, strengthening practice and achieving positive outcomes for vulnerable families.
