Responsibilities

Lead and embed the PGS Healing-Centred Education Model, provide expert therapeutic consultation and direct practice, support students with complex needs, strengthen staff capability through supervision and reflective practice, and partner effectively with families and caregivers.

Requirements

A relevant tertiary qualification and at least five years’ experience in therapeutic leadership or clinical practice. You will bring strong trauma-informed practice, education-sector experience, leadership capability, cultural awareness and experience working with children, young people and families with complex needs.
